The EIFAP, the European Institute for Audit Professionals has been founded in 2008. The mission of the EIFAP is to support auditors of all levels in their profession and professionalism, from junior auditor up to Chief Audit Executive.
The EIFAP is an international institute by, and for auditors; to support them and to enhance their job opportunities and careers in order to add value for their employers or clients.
The EIFAP operates completely independent. It does not receive and accept financial or material support from governments or other sponsors to safeguard its independence and to provide quality without the need of making compromises.
The EIFAP works only with highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who are really active in the profession. These professionals all have an impressive educational background and working experience. All of them are able to apply audit theory, techniques and (international) Standards in the context of the ‘real world’ of business and organisations, from operational up to strategic level.
